HISTORY:
Mulan is a known figure in China. Whether she is real or not, her accomplishments is something historians are able to acknowledge. When the emperor called for a man in each family to fight in the war, Mulan took the place of her younger brother (who was going to take her father's place) and joined the army while pretending to be a man. Contrary to popular belief, Mulan went to lengths not for her father but for her little brother who was too young to be in war. She, in fact, despises her father for having treated her like a boy, passing the family arts to her when her father thought he would never have a son. She wanted to go home as soon as possible to see her beloved little brother.

SKILL LIST:

[/b] Item Construction A. Mulan can craft and modify weapons, armors, explosives, and traps to be used in the battlefield; however, her greatest aspect lies in the creation of charms that can perform the most useful miracles. When worn, these charms boost Luck to A+ and becomes anything the wielder needs at the right time whether it be a Reinforcement spell, an impromptu Item Construction, or healing magic. The charm is consumed when this happens. The timing of the charm also reduces the second and more time it is used by the same person.

SKILL TWO: Territory Creation B. No one knows where exactly Mulan lived - not even anyone can be sure of the era she came from. Unlike most Caster's preference for territories related to one's magecraft, Mulan creates territories for her battle advantage. They are all located in ancient China, the battlefields Mulan have fought in, in which Mulan is naturally more familiar with than her opponents are (or would ever be especially since the areas are all different). She has the power to control the seasons in her territory too.

SKILL THREE: Perception Wrap EX. There is a reason as how Mulan have managed to keep her gender as a secret in twelve long years of military service and how she left historians short of evidence of her existence. In the Hindu philosophy of Maya or Illusion, the world is but a projection of the self. Mulan can manipulate what may not be perceived to hide anything she wants. The object is then perceived as the second best thing but never as the actual or real. For instance, she can hide the identity of a fruit as an apple. To a corn farmer, it will be perceived as a corn and to a fisherman, it will most likely be perceived as a fruit in a similar shade of color and shape of an apple the fisherman knows except an apple.

Due to the nature of this skill, it is often mistaken as a Noble Phantasm (or perhaps it's yet another perception wrap? lol inception). The skill is activated instantly and can be used on infinite objects. Perception Wrap puts a permanent enchantment to the objects that activates when perceived. It can only be removed by Mulan or when she runs out of mana.

SKILL FOUR: Riding B. Although not a master as a Rider is, Mulan distinguishes herself from other Casters by rivaling even the Saber's Riding skill. She can use modern land and sea vehicles and mount any steeds that are not dragon, divine, or phantasmal beasts. She summons her noble white horse, the humble award she asked from the emperor, in the battlefield.

SKILL FIVE: Martial Arts A+. Mulan comes from a line of warriors and soldiers and has been trained in the art of swords and martial arts. Her skills and battle strategies won her to the rank of General in twelve years as well the eyes of her colleagues and the emperor himself. She is a noteworthy fighter regardless of gender.[/ul][/size][/blockquote]

NOBLE PHANTASM:

Her ballad lives on, spawning countless tales and stories, inspiring artists and people, and symbolizing nation and gender. Mulan's virtues become her weapons, taking the form of two hares. Her filial piety is from her woman heart, the courage and bravery to join the army to protect her sick father and younger brother while her patriotism is the strong, hardened heart that came after years of fighting for China against the many invaders. When she returned home, she not just exemplified modesty and humility but had lived on in perfect harmony of the two lives she went through - a woman and a man, a housewife and a soldier - duality, opposites, yin and yang.

Her hares, a buck and a doe, have their own abilities. The buck is very special and unique in which it transforms to her good friend, General Li, who is equivalent to a Saber class Heroic Spirit that shares Mulan's skills. As General Li has no mana, he is incapable of using some skills Mulan has. His status rank is as follows: A Strength, B Agility, F Mana, D Luck, and B Endurance. He has his very own Noble Phantasm B, Son of Heaven, where he relentlessly strikes hundreds of enemies in thousand blows.

The doe embodies the spirits of her ancestors, providing Mulan guidance and protection. It transforms to a traditional paper fan with a Chinese incantation written on it. The fan is quite fragile against physical attacks even from ordinary weapons but is completely immune to magic spells, making it Mulan's magic sponge.

While the Ballad of Mulan is active, Mulan can only be defeated if the hares have been killed, and neither hare will truly perish if the two are not killed at the same time.

[/u] - For being a Heroic Spirit, I'm sure there's certainly more on Mulan that you can whip up. You're free to use Wikipedia for info, as well as other historical sites, but make sure that you write it in your own words and that it isn't too similar to the entries you're reading.

[/li][li] TERRITORY CREATION[/u] - Territory Creation is, as cited from the wikia, "The skill to build a special terrain that is advantageous to oneself as a magus." At the rank of B, the description is "Creation of a "Workshop" becomes possible." What you're trying to do with the numerous territories won't fly, and the way that you're able to manipulate the seasons and create the location itself is more akin to a Reality Marble than it is a Class Skill.

[/li][li] PERCEPTION WRAP[/u] - There isn't much evidence on Mulan in history, yes, but you're not using this to manipulate her appearance. She was thought of as male so that she could enter a war. This ability falls under a Bounded Field akin to Invisible Air, which was a Noble Phantasm. Plus, you're making different people perceive the objects to be different things based on the person. Instead of just telling you to get rid of or change it, I'm going to suggest what you do. Make it a Noble Phantasm, make it B ranked, and make it a Noble Phantasm that works the exact same way as For Someone's Glory which obscures her identity and stats. [/li][li] BALLAD OF MULAN[/u] - First off, even Alexander who was of the Rider class didn't have his Divine Bulls of EX Rank. The way you have the hares set up is also askew. You can make one transform into, basically, an entirely separate Servant of one of the Knight classes and you have one that transforms into a fan immune to magic spells. The fan concept, I don't mind, but this Noble Phantasm needs some serious reworking. Also, I think you're a tiny bit misunderstanding of the EX rank. Gilgamesh's Ea was EX rank, more specifically Enuma Elish, and the attack output of it was mega large. Alexander's Reality Marble was EX, and he was able to summon his entire army inside of the Marble, along with his steed.

[/li][li]CLASS[/u] - The last edit I'm looking for and one of the biggest issues. You have Mulan as a Caster class, but she... doesn't know any magic spells or have any magic Noble Phantasms. Plus, I'm not a huge history buff but I'm pretty sure that Mulan didn't learn how to use magic or knows how to use magic in her history. My advice, with what you're trying to do, would be to make her into a Rider class. If you did that, I'd be able to look at the hare and doe idea a bit better and the rank could rise up to A for her Noble Phantasm.[/li][/ul][/size]

History:[/u] Trust me, I did my research more than wikipedia but believe it or not, there isn't more than what's already there. Look it up yourself. The biggest clue there about Mulan is her ballad, which I heavily based a lot of her abilities from. I made a twist with her brother just to spice her personality up. And I was kind of thinking of adding more when I finally get my Master eg. the time she is summoned.

Territory Creation:[/u] Lol yeah wasn't actually sure what to do with this one. I'll fix it up.

Perception Wrap:[/u] I wasn't using the skill to manipulate her appearance. In no way is her appearance manipulated, just perceived in which people just don't realize the actual form and I see the resemblance in that link. I was really more going into something lore-ish than try to twist her history up. I can make it a Noble Phantasm but I'm hoping I can keep the skill because this is what I made her core Caster ability is. Mulan is obscure as shit. She's just a figure and not much else.

Ballad of Mulan:[/u] Hehe, Was kind of using the typmoon definition more in which it says the skill can't be gauged in the parameters given and since her skills aren't kind of...direct, I couldn't based them from damage output. Anyway, it seems you have trouble with the Buck basically. General Li was supposed to act something similar to a mount. I mentioned he is equivalent to a Saber Class Servant but he isn't one. General Li symbolizes her comrades who accompanied her in all those years in which she somehow changed. Game-wise, he was supposed to be Mulan's tank of sort. I was thinking of him more of a weapon that can think on its own like a familiar. I figure it should be something possible Caster wise and the thing with spirits seemed to ring true about Mulan's philosophy.

Class:[/u] Yup. There was no magic at all in Mulan's time so I was definitely thinking of not giving her one. I was planning on giving her skills in the future that is Caster-ish but I thought Perception Wrap and Ballad of Mulan is kind of like that. I was going to make Mulan an illusionist of sort (or something related to spirits like a shaman), one who hides and keeps secrets forever. I was looking up for a similar situation as this and found that dude from Fate/Stay Night, an Assassin-class who was wielding a katana of sort. He didn't have any stealth skills or used normal Assassin tactics at all. Even then, I made Mulan to have a magic-like background of sort. I can't make her a Rider because that doesn't really stand out in her lore. Her mount is nothing spectacular as what other Rides have. She isn't a spectacular knight either to fit in the Saber, Archer, and Lancer Class but the main reason why I fit her in the Caster Class is because of her impact in literature and society than history and war. I noticed most other Heroic Spirits have an impact to how countries have been formed but Mulan's contribution to the world is less physical, less direct. It's like she was just there and did this thing, and it's true every generation.
