The energy used in order to perform feats such as magic. There are two types: PRANA
Prana may be shared among individuals with the use of exchanging bodily fluids. The purer the amount, the stronger the prana.
AKASHA
Also known as the Root, it is said to be the source of all things. We come from it when we are born, and we return to it when we die. In it is the answer to all mysteries of life, regardless of the universe. There are numerous plans to attempt to safely reach Akasha – one of them is Heaven’s Feel and it’s wish making abilities. There are those who are successful in discovering Akasha, but they are immediately killed by the Root itself.
GAIA + ALAYA
These are the two forces of the planet: Gaia, the force of the Earth, and Alaya, the force of humanity. Gaia would use all means to protect the Earth, even if it destroys humanity, and Alaya would use all means to protect humanity, even if it destroys Earth. Maintaining the balance is the COUNTER FORCE, a mindless being that eliminates any threat that dares to tip the equilibrium.
ORIGIN
The origin is an individual’s core, the very foundation of his/her beliefs and instincts. One’s origin remains constant throughout the individual’s incarnations, with rare exception when one’s opinions take a drastic change. It can be as symbolic as “ sword ”, or as basic as “ consumption ”.
ELEMENTAL AFFINITY
A magus who actively practices magecraft eventually discovers his specialty – that is his elemental affinity. The common types are fire, water, wind, earth, wood and metal. A magus may have more than one elemental affinity, or even gain one outside of the usual types (i.e. Shirou Emiya’s elemental affinity is “ sword ”).[/justify][/blockquote][/blockquote][/size]
