PERSONALITY:
Hinako's a 'go with the flow' kind of person - sardonic, slightly cynical, and with enough dry amusement to last until the world shatters into pieces, she's a "piece of work," as her father says. With a small smile on her lips and a curve in her brow, it can be easy to see her as condescending; though she won't voice her opinions much, her opinion on the whole of humanity is that people care too damn much about the little things.

Hinako functions almost entirely on logic alone, forget what she wants and heaven forbid, feels. There's enough trouble to go around when one keeps a level head, no need to go around thinking with one's heart. She doesn't have much of a sense of loyalty, either; whatever happens, happens, and consequences will come and go. Who's wrong and who's right doesn't matter in the end, when damage has been done and needs to be repaired.

Hinako has a tendency to chill people off with her lack of affection, and concepts such as 'getting attached' are thought as stupid and highly irrational by the girl. However, she's got a firm sense of justice, and isn't afraid to argue for what she deeply believes in. She's an extremely hard worker, even if that devotion to her studies comes from the fact that she wants to make it rich when she finally becomes a doctor. Moreover, she adapts easily to most environments, given her 'go with the flow' personality.

When judging situations, Hinako is able to become entirely unbiased and make level-headed decisions based on the pros and cons alone.



HISTORY:
Hinako had initially ventured to the city to start her education, studying architecture. Passionate about the subject, young, bold, and ready to take on the world, she'd come with her suitcases full and her mind ready to absorb whatever the city gave her.

And then reality set in, and she realized that a 'passion' alone wouldn't keep her happy. She needed a good job, a stable source of income, not something that would depend on the whimsical tastes of the masses. And so, she switched her course to Medical school.

• PERSONALITY: I like it. It's nice and descriptive, but at the same time doesn't fall to becoming a tl;dr.
  
  
• HISTORY: This gives me a good gist of what Hinako is doing in Fuyuki of all places without falling to the same tl;dr above that most histories do.
