THOU SHALL NOT UNDERESTIMATE. They are the usual fare: people you see everyday, with as much variation as you can imagine. Most of them are civilians who are unaware of the strange occurrences, but there are also special kinds of humans. Combatants still exist about, and there are those born with special powers. Many of these humans are affiliated with either vampires or demons or both – whether it is a good relationship or not is another story.

PSYCHICS - These are the humans capable of extraordinary feats. Psychics are born, not made, for those who have to train in order to gain such power are called magi. Psychic ability is bestowed at random, with the exception of bloodlines that practice inbreeding.
DEMON HUNTER ORGANIZATION - A family whose purpose is to hunt down non-humans. Whether or not they hunt discriminately or only to those who pose a danger to the community depends on their own rules. Most families possess a bloodline ability, and often train offspring ever since birth.
